The Role
Abbotsleigh seeks a dynamic and experienced educator to lead our Junior School PDHPE and Sports programs. The Head of Junior School PDHPE and Sports will be responsible for coordinating all PDHPE teaching, whole school carnivals, Junior School sporting activities, and the Outdoor Education Program. This role requires close collaboration with the Director of Sports to ensure a cohesive whole-school approach.
The Duties
- Develop and implement high-quality PDHPE programs and lead the PDHPE team.
- Organise and oversee internal sports carnivals and representative team selections.
- Deliver the IPSHA Sports Saturday Sports Program and coach teams.
- Support the planning and oversight of the Junior School Outdoor Education Program.
