Early Learning Educator (CCW)

At Abbotsleigh Early Learning Centre, we believe every child deserves a nurturing start to their lifelong learning journey. Our centre provides exceptional education and care for children aged 0–5 years, inspired by global research and best practices in early childhood education. Located within our Junior School campus, our ELC offers a unique opportunity to work in a PreK–12 environment. We’re open weekdays from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm for 49 weeks a year, creating a dynamic and supportive space for children and educators alike.
We are looking for a Certificate III qualified Educator who shares our passion for early childhood education. If you are warm, engaging, and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the Implementation and evaluation of educational programs
- Record, document and share observations with families
- Build and maintain respectful, reciprocal relationships with children and families
- Build and maintain respectful and professional relationships with staff
- Maintain environments to the highest possible standards of safety and cleanliness
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative learning environment
- Uphold a professional demeanour at all times
