Abbotsleigh Early Learning provides high-quality education for children aged 0-5 years.

Abbotsleigh Early Learning offers the unique opportunity to educate within a PreK-12 context. The Early Learning Centre is located within the Junior School campus, operating from 7.30 am -6.30 pm on weekdays for 49 weeks per year.
We are seeking a qualified Educators who are passionate about working with young children and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences. The ideal candidates will be warm, engaging and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and a genuine love for early education. As part of our dedicated team, you’ll contribute to a supportive and professional workplace.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in the Implementation and evaluation of educational programs
• Record, document and share observations with families
• Build and maintain respectful, reciprocal relationships with children and families
• Build and maintain respectful and professional relationships with staff
• Maintain environments to the highest possible standards of safety and cleanliness
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative learning environment
• Uphold a professional demeanour at all times
What You’ll Bring
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, OR
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• First Aid certification
• NSW Working with Children Check
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Clear communication skills
