About the Role 
The Learning Enrichment Coordinator is a key leadership position responsible for leading and coordinating inclusive learning practices across the Junior School from Pre-K to Year 6. The role supports students with diverse learning needs through the provision of targeted interventions, differentiated learning programs, curriculum adjustments and extension opportunities.
As leader of the Learning Enrichment Team, the Coordinator works closely with the Head of Junior School, Deputy Heads, classroom teachers, families and external providers to ensure that all students are supported to achieve their personal best. The role champions a whole-school approach to inclusion, promotes contemporary evidence-based practice, and builds teacher capacity to meet the needs of diverse learners.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Relevant teaching qualifications and current teacher registration.
Demonstrated experience in learning support, inclusive education or learning enrichment leadership.
Strong knowledge of differentiation, curriculum adjustments, intervention frameworks and gifted education.
Experience developing and implementing individual learning plans.
Sound understanding of NCCD requirements and inclusive education practices.
Strong skills in data analysis and evidence-based decision making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with students, families and staff.
A collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement.
Passion for helping every student achieve her full potential.
